  I contacted this company attempting to lease one of the commercial lots. A lady by the name of Beth started to assist me. She is basically the only person who you can deal with. She was polite and friendly, however doesn't have many business skills, initiative or follow through. At least that was my experience.
  
  Now onto the details of that experience.
  
  The lot was vacant because it is a new building. You would think that the company would want the spot filled. I am attempting to start a new business, and in order to file my paper with the federal and state governments I need a signed lease agreement. I met with Beth to see the lot and was generally pretty pleased at first with my idea coming together. We left that day after seeing it, with the general assumption that we would like to move forward and that Beth was going to send me a copy a base lease agreement to forward to my attorney.
  
  She said she sent it. I followed up saying I didn't get it. I clarified my email even though she already had it because she sent me a plot with the building dimensions.
  
  She said she would sent it by end of day on Saturday which was 2 days later. Saturday came and went. I figured "You know what, let me give her a few more days". Monday and Tuesday came and went. Wednesday I called and she said she would send it to me. I still got nothing. I waited another 2 more days because I figured she said she is always busy with conference calls. Still nothing.
  
  Keep in mind that there were voicemails left to her cell phone stating that I didn't get it, sprinkle bombed in there, to which she replied to none of them. So, being that I work from home on Friday and I had to go to the post office I figured, I would stop in. I spoke to a lady named Jaqui who also was very nice. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me get what I needed to move forward after expressing concern about choosing an alternative location.
  
  Bam. Beth messages me back on Saturday saying she sent me the documents to which I left a voicemail stating that I did not get. Again, it went silent.
  
  I let things just completely go and didn't contact them back until today, 8 more days later on my way home from work. I stopped in just to let them know that I was moving forward elsewhere since it was so difficult working with Beth and how she didn't have an ounce of follow through or even care that the lot was vacant, wanting it filled. That is called courtesy. Professional courtesy. Even though they gave me none, I still followed up to tell them I was no longer interested and to give them the respect that they deserve, to know that this review was coming.
  
  Wouldn't you know...Bam. Beth messages me to tell me to cancel what she didn't send me.
  
  At $19 a SQF + 4 CAM, o yourself a favor and simply pay the extra 1 dollar a square foot to be in a better area where the food is better and the places are open and busy past 9pm.
  
  On top of that in hind sight this is a good thing, since I won't have to deal with the same BS should there be a problem with the building.
  
  Good grief. You can't even give money away these days. It is absolutely shameful. If I had anyway to contact other people in the company who may care I would.
